Grupo Eulen: Employing the "unemployable" - handicapped in Mexico City

This is a quick note on a wonderful idea that I came across while in the Mexico City airport.

Grupo Euelen is a Spanish business services company that has been apparently since 1962 and has almost 82,000 employees. I am unsure on the reputation of the Company or other details. Yet this is the first time I see a Company hiring handicapped people systematically for a certain function.

In this case, the people that greet the traveller and provide the passenger with information while in the departure lounge as well as the people checking your documentation pre-entry hall were all physically handicapped. I talked to two of them while in the lounge and they were surprised themselves to have a job and were very glad to have it.  In particular in Mexico, where I don't believe there are enforced workplace programs for hiring handicapped individuals this is a wonderful advance and a source of a few ideas.
